Burnout, Despair and Direction

Coming back to our center requires conscious and intentional effort! All of our patterns of numbing out, avoidance, overindulging, and the occasional self-care can't heal burnout!
It's not a will-power or an organization issue!
Its more likely to be an unrealistic expectations, unclear boundaries, and undiscovered authenticity of who we are issue

Here's how to break out of that pattern!
Session 1: The Body
Learn how the body communicates its needs, boundaries, and overwhelm. Deprogram the body and heal the chakras and channels
Session 2: Context
Evolve your relationship to societal/familial programs and obligations. Understand how these programs are initially taught and then internally reproduced
Session 3: Body-Mind Collab
Bridge the gap and create dialogue between these aspects. The mind and body have distinct needs, desires and goals
Session 4: Alchemy
Alchemy is poorly understood. We may be missing vital ingredients or lack the recipe required to transform trauma into resource. Overwhelm demands that we evolve.
Session 5: Expansion
Once we have implemented all of the previous tools, we must consider our collective moment in time. Finding the correspondences for humanity's evolution
Session 6: Weaving
Finding our way back to wonder! Our reality, all relationships and even the most overwhelming circumstances, all lead back to beauty
