Session 1: Resistance 

Power often has negative associations in the spiritual world; we might associate it with particular people in our lives or broader hierarchal systems and oppression in general. Yet power is required to benefit others. 

Session 2: Internal vs External

 
Explore the energetic resources available to us. Allowing them to nourish us. Openness to fields of power internally and externally

Session 3: Integrity

Aligning with our own moral compass is required for a healthy relationship to power. We have to fully trust ourselves to open our deepest gifts and capacity. 

Session 4: Honoring the Self

Welcoming our wholeness and healing the times we squished others and times we've been squished by power in this life. Then offering this healing across lifetimes.

Session 5: Ancestors


We must consider our ancestral relationship to Power. What did they build or destroy with that Power? Were they in integrity? What role can you play in this dynamic?

Session 6: Collective Hello

Meeting the ranges of power exist in the earth and Universe that are poised to be collaborated with us.
