Meet the Collective Structures which underpin a White identity.

Identify the costs as well as benefits to the decultured homogenized white identity construct.
Open a map and explore practices to consciously reconnect to the displaced emotions, needs and stories held within your body and your lineage.

Course Break Down
Session 1: Shared Definitions
We'll begin to explore and define the landscape. Beginning to identify tenants of this constructed reality. What are the defined norms and the assumptions placed upon those.
Session 2: Mirror
Once we have the defined norms then we can begin to look at all that is reflected back. What story is being told and who are the archetypes who tell it? What is the story's goals?
Session 3: In our bodies
If the previous explorations are true enough, then we will find uncharted internal territory. This is where we can somatically explore radicalized constructs.
Session 4: Collective Hurt
If there is a collective White narrative, there is also collective White pain, rage and beauty. These bigger energies flow through relationships and dynamics.
Session 5: The Belonging we seek
The unmet needs that yearn to be cared for are often underneath the tension of unearned privileges, defined norms and structural power.
Session 6: It's okay to be White!
Often well-intending White folks believe there is something wrong with being White- this is absolutely not the case! There is profound beauty, power and joy, that is often locked in the collective woke white narrative.
Week 7: Self-Soothing and Self-Care
Heal the inability to self-regulate, to weave back into your place in the world due to White constructs that place performance and external perception above bonafide wellness.
